Case 03·Lead generation
Four lanes into one funnel, and nobody gets approached twice.
A LinkedIn lead-generation funnel that finds the right decision makers, starts real conversations in your voice, and never approaches the same person twice.
LinkedIn rewards judgment and punishes volume without it. For this client, a marketing agency, growth ran through LinkedIn. I built a funnel with four lanes feeding one tracker: cold research, personalized outreach, engagement on influential voices' posts, and community prospecting. Every lane scores against the same ideal-client profile, every comment and message passes an approval step, and a deduplication check runs before anyone is contacted.
The problem
Four ways to find clients, run by hand, meant the same person could be approached twice from two directions. Comments sounded generic, and good leads posting in communities went unnoticed.
How it works
Four lanes find people. One shared profile decides who fits. A voice engine, a dedup check and a human approval sit between every prospect and every message.

4 lanes
- 01 Cold research

- 03 Influencer engagement
- 04 Community prospecting

Tap any stage to see what it does.
Press run to watch it move through every stage. When it reaches the human step, it waits for you.
The tradeoff
More volume was always available. The funnel runs with volume limits and an approval step because on LinkedIn, one careless week costs more than a slow one.
Where a person stays in charge
Comments and messages are approved before they go out. In a typical session, between 5 and 14 comments cleared review.
Results
prospects researched and tracked in the first run, with room for as many as your team can talk to
past conversations checked before any message
communities audited every week
Four lanes, one tracker, one ideal-client profile.

Before and after
Sample runGreat post! So true. 🔥
The first ops hire usually inherits chaos instead of a role. What helped us most was writing down the ten decisions they own on day one. Which ones are you handing over first?
Where else it fits
- Founder-led sales, with a steady flow of warm conversations every week
- Consultants and coaches building authority in their niche
- Agencies and B2B services reaching decision makers before competitors do
- Recruiting and employer brand
- Partnership development in niche communities
- Event and webinar promotion to the right people
Questions
Does it post automatically?
No. It drafts, a person approves, and volume limits cap how much goes out.
Will the comments sound like us?
The voice engine works from real examples of how you write and rotates styles, so comments don't read as repetitive.
Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?
Yes. A person approves every comment and message, and volume limits keep activity at a natural, human pace.
