Case 05·Legal operations
Every renewal date and notice window, on one live dashboard.
A contract and compliance renewal tracker, designed by a lawyer for operations, legal and admin teams.
Auto-renewal clauses and notice windows hide inside PDFs. Miss a notice date and the company is locked into another term, or a license or policy lapses without anyone noticing. The tracker reads a folder of documents, pulls the parties, key dates, amounts and renewal terms into a live dashboard in your own Google account, ranks everything by urgency, and sends reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before each deadline. A record only counts once a person has checked it.
The problem
Most teams track renewals in someone's memory, or in a spreadsheet that went stale months ago. The dates exist. They are just buried in documents nobody rereads until it's too late.
How it works
Extraction and date math do the reading. A person confirms every record before it counts.
- 01 Intake Step
- 02 Extract Agent
- 03 Calculate Step
- 04 Human review Human
- 05 Dashboard Step
- 06 Remind Step
- 07 Audit trail Step
Tap any stage to see what it does.
Press run to watch it move through every stage. When it reaches the human step, it waits for you.
The tradeoff
Extraction, not judgment. The tracker finds and computes dates; it doesn't decide whether a clause is enforceable or what to do about it. When a document says two different things, it flags the conflict instead of picking one.
Where a person stays in charge
A person confirms every record before it counts. In the walkthrough, a lease states its notice period two ways; the reviewer keeps the earlier date, and the reason stays on file next to the clause.

Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. It extracts and tracks dates. I read contracts the way a lawyer does, but I don't practice US law, and interpretation stays with your team and your counsel.
Does it handle Spanish contracts?
Yes. English and Spanish documents go through the same intake, and the dashboard can be in either language.
Where does the data live?
In your own Google account. The dashboard, the folder and the reminders are yours.
